“There is not one specialty that has enough person power to really tackle this disorder,” so “build a team, find dedicated clinicians from whatever specialties they might come, to really focus on care for patients wherever they are living across the globe.” That was the message from CX 2026 Roger Greenhalgh Memorial Lecturer Eric Secemsky (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, USA), when he sat down with Vascular News in the CX Studio to discuss his thoughts on the current challenges facing those on the frontlines of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) care.
