Wound Care Advantage has announced the release of FlightPlan 2.0, an algorithm-based referral programme which is designed to provide flexibility and increase efficiency for both physicians and programme directors working in the field of wound care and healing.
According to a statement, when Wound Care Advantage launched its FlightPlan technology platform two years ago, it “revolutionised the way programme directors connected with physicians and grew their centres”. By adopting this first-of-its-kind service, Wound Care Advantage partners were able to increase physician referrals by 30% and patient visits by 38%.
FlightPlan 2.0 is said to provide even more new and exciting tools to programme directors seeking growth and new business.
With the new 2.0 version, mobile capabilities of FlightPlan have been optimised, letting programme directors to adjust quickly when plans change or appointments are cancelled. At the press of a button, nearby physicians who match search criteria populate the map in real time, making it simple to add impromptu visits to their route, increasing speed and efficiency.
