CX 2026 Dragon’s Den winner Anahita Dua (Masschusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA) speaks to Vascular News about a new ultra-low-profile stent graft for patients with small anatomy who might not otherwise be able to receive an endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) to treat an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Dua won this year’s prize with a presentation on the early-stage AxSES system (Major Medical Devices), which she says could be a game-changer in AAA care.
