CX 2017: Appreciation of Dr Edward B Diethrich

The Charing Cross Symposium 2017 held a special session on Thursday 27 April to remember Edward B Diethrich, who died in February. The cardiovascular surgeon, who was one of the endovascular pioneers, was the founder of the Arizona Heart Institute and of the Journal of Endovascular Therapy.
